FAQ
FAQ Before Starting Production
Common questions to help customers prepare for CNC turning, milling, welding, stamping, and custom manufacturing consultations.
Can you manufacture without a drawing?
Yes. If you have a sample part or existing part, the team can inspect it, measure dimensions, and assess an initial production approach.
What drawing files should I send for quotation?
You can send drawings, PDF files, CAD files, or clear part photos. Tolerances, material, quantity, and usage details help the team quote faster.
What should I prepare with a sample part?
Tell the team which machine uses the part, where it wears, the original material if known, and the required quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantity depends on job type, material, tooling, production steps, and drawing complexity. Some work can start with a sample part before production.
How long does quotation take?
Usually around 3 working days, depending on job complexity and how complete the drawing or sample part information is.
Do you accept urgent jobs?
Urgent jobs should be discussed by phone first so the team can check production queue, material, tooling, and delivery feasibility.
What materials do you support?
Common industrial materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and drawing-specific materials. Send the material spec or sample part for review.
Can the team advise if I do not know the material?
The team can review real use, existing parts, and customer requirements, but final material selection should follow the job specification and operating conditions.
Do you accept OEM work?
Yes. The team supports OEM and customer-designed parts, including industrial components, machine spare parts, and specialized parts.
Are drawings and customer information kept confidential?
Custom manufacturing often includes customer-specific information. The team uses the information only for the discussed quotation and production scope. Tell the team early if additional documents are required.
Can you manufacture from a sample part?
Yes. The team can inspect the existing part, measure dimensions, and use that information to assess a new production method.
Do you provide sample or prototype production?
Yes, when the job is suitable for sample production. This helps customers check dimensions, fit, and real use before full production.
Can sample production move into volume production?
Yes. Once the sample is approved, the team can use its production data to plan the next production run more consistently.
What should I specify for tolerance-controlled parts?
Specify tolerance values, critical measurement points, surface requirements, mating parts, and the customer's inspection method.
Do you inspect quality before delivery?
Yes. Inspection follows job requirements such as dimensions, fit-up points, surface details, and drawing or customer-agreed specifications.
Do you have ISO certification?
The company operates under ISO 9001:2015 so production processes follow standards and can be traced.
Can welding and assembly be combined with turning or milling?
Yes. Some projects require turning, milling, welding, and assembly in one scope. Discussing the full scope early helps the team plan the production sequence.
What type of work is metal stamping suitable for?
Stamping suits repeat-production parts such as brackets, plates, covers, and sheet metal parts. Quantity, material, and drawing requirements should be reviewed together.
How is delivery handled?
Delivery depends on part size, quantity, weight, and destination. Share the delivery location during quotation so the team can plan correctly.
Should I call before sending drawings?
Calling first is recommended if the scope is unclear or urgent. The team can tell you what information to send before quotation starts.
